As the Lead Concierge and tour/event planner at Pinnacle Concierge Group, he ensures that every experience is seamless and memorable. Pablo founded Pinnacle out of his passion for delivering top-tier service with professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail. Before starting Pinnacle, he worked in customer relations and personal assistance across both public and private sectors. In his free time, Pablo enjoys exploring new restaurants, staying active, and discovering hidden gems in the city. He believes in staying mentally and physically prepared to provide the best experiences for his clients.
